Consulting Principles

My ethos: 1. cooperation not competition and 2. reciprocity. #thereisloveinsharing

During time spent living and working with Indigenous Australians and other communities I learned that cooperation and reciprocity are foundation principles for many Indigenous societies. Working together is always a form of cooperation and collaboration – it’s about relationships. Reciprocity is taking care of each other and being fair. I remember the first time an Indigenous African told me the proverb ‘there is love in sharing’ – it just resonated!
